VOTED: that the Town adopt the following bylaw.
The operation and use of any internal combustion engine, including a snow vehicle or recreational vehicle, in or upon that portion of White Pond situated in the Town of Concord is prohibited. Each violation shall make a person liable to a penalty of not more than fifty dollars.
