Please note: Concord has a moratorium in place for street cuts:
The Concord road moratorium includes all roads that have been paved in the last three years.
The moratorium prohibits street-cutting permits on these roads within 2 full years after the year of construction. For example, a road paved in July of 2012 will not be out of moratorium until April 1, 2015.
