Subscribers to the Municipal Collection Program pay two separate fees, a subscription fee that covers the cost for collection of trash and
recyclable materials, and a disposal fee (weekly tag or six-month barrel sticker) that covers the cost for disposal of trash.
Subscription Fees
Subscribers are billed twice a year, in April for collection from May 1 - October 31, and in October for collection from November 1 - April 30.
Subscription Fee - $100.00 for six months
Disposal Fees
In addition to subscribing to the municipal collection program, residents must purchase weekly disposal tags (good for one use only) or six-month barrel stickers (good for one barrel for six months) for each bag or barrel of trash. Subscribers may use disposal tags, six-month barrel stickers, or a combination of the two.

Retail Outlets for Disposal Tags and Barrel Stickers
Residents must purchase disposal tags and/or barrel stickers in addition to paying a subscription fee.
Weekly disposal tags are available at the locations listed below year round.
Six-month barrel stickers are available at all locations during the months of October, November, April and May. Barrel stickers are available year round from the Town House at 22 Monument Square.
