Consists of at least five and not more than twenty-two members appointed by the Selectmen. The Council receives funds from the Massachusetts state lottery that have been earmarked for the Arts and distributes it along with other funds that the Council has raised to the various Arts organizations in Concord. The Council also helps coordinate activities among these various Arts groups.
