The membership of HATS consists of a selectmen from each member town, a Planning Board member and up to two members-at-large. HATS shall facilitate cooperation between the towns and all entities in the L.G. Hanscom Field area by addressing issues related to growth and development management policies as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 40, Section 4(I).
