Mission Statement
The mission of the Concord Health Division is to assess and address the needs of the Concord community, in order to protect and improve the health and quality of life of its residents and work force. This mission is realized through the implementation of disease prevention and health promotion programs, community health and nursing services, public outreach, education and empowerment, as well as promulgation and enforcement of Town and State health regulations.
