Are you looking for a way to lower your electric heating bills?
If so, you might be very interested in our new Electric Thermal Storage (ETS) heater program. Why? Because all of your electric heating costs are billed at over 50% lower than standard residential rates.  There are comparable savings vs. current gas and oil prices.  For a real world example of customer savings with ETS, click here.

What is an ETS heater? (For a video demo, click here.)
An ETS heater is essentially an attractive, enamel cabinet that stores electric heat energy for when you need it. Thermal energy is acquired and stored during Concord Light’s off-peak hours, but can be distributed throughout your home whenever you want.  It’s clean, safe, and installed/serviced by local electricians.  Plus you have a variety of system choices – forced-hot-water, forced-hot-air, and individual room units.

Right now we are offering a $100 credit for each installed kW.  For example, if you purchase a 35kW boiler, you'd receive a credit on your account for $3,500 (35kW x $100).

We use ETS heaters here in our office (forced-hot-air and room units) and have been very satisfied with them.  Approximately 45 other homes here in Concord also use ETS heat.  Net installation costs are comparable to oil and gas systems.  And operating costs are very competitive as well – never mind more stable. Plus, with ETS you don’t have to worry about:
chimney or exhaust concerns (because no fuel is being burned)
the small but real safety dangers inherent with gas
the inconvenience and liability issues of an oil tank

In addition, not only would you be helping yourself by installing ETS heat, but you’d be helping the Town too.  ETS reduces local air pollution, helps lower the Town’s peak demand charges (saving everyone money), and takes full advantage of Concord's “green” power option.

Contact John Odell at 978-318-3101 for more information.  If you would like to pursue getting a quote, there are two local contractors that have been trained at the Steffes facility in ND  However, you are not obligated to use either and this does not constitute a recommendation.  Paul Keleher can be reached at 978-838-2457 and Patriot Electric's number is 978-369-1324.
