TRAFFIC & FLOODING ALERTS:
COMMUNITY SAFETY ALERT FLOOD WATER DANGERS
 
 
The Concord Police Department is urging all residents, especially those with children, pets and watercraft, to remain away from all water areas due to the rapid flooding conditions, currents and health hazards such as oil and sewage.  Don not drive around road closure barricades and use caution when driving through any roadway that has standing water across it.

Winter Parking Ban: November. 1 – April 1


For safer streets and to ensure 24-7 access for emergency vehicles a Winter Parking Ban is in effect from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. November 1st to April 1st. Please remind your guests. Vehicles in violation may be subject to a parking fine and / or towed if necessary for snow plowing or removal operations. The winter parking restriction also applies to municpal parking areas as well, there is no overnight parking in municipal parking lots.
