Deputy Chief Barry Neal and Officer Brian Soll
Concord Police Officer Brian Soll was recently recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for detecting and apprehending drunk drivers in 2008. Officer Soll was one of 110 municipal and state law enforcement officers that were awarded MADD's Drive for Life Award for their efforts.
