The Concord Police Department regrets the passing of its first K9 "Pativ" on Tuesday August 14, 2007. Joining the department in 1999 Pative and partner Office Sylvia Toumayan served the department and community as well as the N.E.M.L.E.C. for 7 and 1/2 years. The Concord Police Department and Officer Toumayan wish to thank the law enforcement agencies and members of the community that offered their support.
