Concord, MA - Otters Coach

Michael is an American Swim Coach Association Level IV swim coach. Michael comes to the Beede Center by way of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Michael was head coach of the Men’s and Women’s Division III Swimming and Diving program for six seasons. Michael has coached student-athletes to one individual national championship, 15 national qualifying times and two All-American awards and two Honorable All-Americans in 2006. He was also named CCIW Men’s Coach of the Year in 2008. In his six seasons Michael’s swimmers have compiled 27 school records, 47 all-conference swims and a total of 32 all-conference award winning swimmers and divers as well as a 2008 Olympic qualifier. As a student at Bridgewater State, Michael was a varsity swimmer for three years and captained the team for two years. Michael is excited to share his coaching experience with the Beede Center.
