Acknowledgements

The Board would like to express appreciation to all of our Town employees who play such a vital role in making Concord a community in which we can all take pride. Especially, we extend our appreciation to Town Manager Chris Whelan, who has worked tirelessly, effectively and cheerfully in all aspects of our Town government and who has served as a most able and amiable assistant to this Board. Concord is very fortunate to have so many citizens willing to volunteer for Town service, and we offer our sincere thanks to each and every one of them.

In conclusion, the Board notes with regret the death of former Selectman and Town Moderator Francis "Pat" Moulton and former Selectman John Finigan. We will miss their friendship and counsel.
