The Community Services Coordinator is designated to assist families and individuals in Concord and Carlisle with information, referrals and assistance. This part-time position was established in late 2004 by the Concord Town Manager's Office with a grant from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest.
All services are confidential and free and focus on providing support in the following areas:
Food Assistance:
The Food for Families Program sponsored by Gaining Ground Farm, provides income eligible families and individuals from Concord and Carlisle, free organic vegetables weekly, from July to October. Due to high demand, the program is currently closed. However, a wait list is forming. If you are income eligible and would like to be placed on the wait list, please contact the Community Services Coordinator.
