OPTION A
If your Temporary Food Event will be conducted at a Licensed Church/Temple or Community space, please consult that facility for permitting requirements. Each facility has guidelines provided by the Health Department specific to their location. Ask to speak with the “person in charge” of food events. They will be able to assist you further.
OPTION B
If your Temporary Food Event will take place in a non-specific space, such as an Outdoor Event than you will be required to complete an “Application for Temporary Food Service Establishment”. Please download form from this site and contact our office with any questions.
Your menu choices will dictate if your Event requires a Certified Food Protection manger to oversee safe food preparation.
