The purpose of the meeting is to provide a project overview, review results of a community questionnaire, discuss design priorities and gather community comments. The primary objectives of the project are to alleviate flooding and improve traffic congestion and safety. In addition to improving vehicular travel, the Town plans to improve accommodations for pedestrians and bicycles. These improvements will complement Concord’s character and be sensitive to the environmental and historical resources nearby.
