Concord is now accepting applications for an upcoming affordable housing lottery.

The Town of Concord is pleased to announce an affordable homeownership opportunity. Applications are now being accepted for the Town of Concord sponsored lottery for the reselling of an affordable unit located at 14 Dunbar Way. This detached single-family home was built in 1998 as part of the Concord Homes Local Initiative Project and is being sold for $190,688.
Additionally, at this same lottery, the Town of Concord is creating a Ready-Buyer List of eligible applicants for future affordable housing opportunities.
An Information Session will be held Thursday, October 4, 2007, 7:30 p.m., 1st Floor Conference Room, Dept. of Planning and Land Management, 141 Keyes Road, Concord.
Completed applications must be received by no later than October 31, 3:00 p.m. EST.
