ABATEMENTS
How do I file for a tax abatement?
Obtain an abatement request form from the Assessors’ Department by calling 978-318-3070 or download a form from their Website – http://concordma.virtualtownhall.net/pages/ConcordMA_assessor/abatement2.pdf . The forms must be received by the Assessors’ Office no later than February 1st of each year. The Board of Assessors will review and respond to your abatement request within 90 days of your filing.
