Deadlines & General Process

Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement Applications for Fiscal Year 2024 may be filed between January 1, 2024 - February 1, 2024. There are several ways to file your application:

  1. Hand deliver your application to our office, located at 24 Court Lane, by 4:30 p.m. on February 1, 2024.
  2. Mail your application, through the United States Postal Service, postmarked by February 1, 2024 to: Assessor's Office, 24 Court Ln., Concord, MA  01742
  3. Email your application to assessing@concordma.gov by 4:30 p.m. on February 1, 2024

If you would like to keep a copy of your application, for your records, please make a copy prior to dropping your application off or mailing it to our office, as we are not open to the public and will not be able to make copies for you.
