The official public record for all applications and all related documents is maintained in the Planning Division Office at 141 Keyes Road, Concord, MA and is available for public review during normal business hours.  

In an effort to increase access to applications that have been filed in the last three months and acted upon by the Planning Board, Planning Division staff will post on this page application materials, decisions and public comments received during the application process.  Town staff will make every effort to include all materials, but please note that due to time or technical constraints, everything may not immediately be posted.
