Request a Copy of Police Incident Report

The Massachusetts Public Records Law provides that every person has a right of access to public information. This right of access includes the right to inspect, copy or have copies of records provided, upon the payment of a reasonable fee. The Keeper of Records has 10 Business days in which to complete any requests for police reports.

Report Cost & Payments

The Concord Police Department will supply copies of requested reports at no charge. Requests for reports can be made in person or by completing the Online Request for Police Incident by clicking the link below. Telephone requests are not accepted.
