Curbside Program Information

Trash and Recycling services continue to operate on the regular schedule


You can still sign up for trash and recycling pickup while we are responding to COVID-19 in 4 easy steps.

1. Fill out the subscription application and mail or drop it off in the drop box by the handicap entrance at the townhouse with payment. 

2. Call the Curbside office at 978-318-3240 so that we can inform Waste Management to stop at your residence.  If we are unable to pick up please leave a message with your address and contact number in case we have any questions.

3. Purchase disposal tags or barrel stickers (see locations on the right). 

4. Pick up Two Recycle Bins –  Please call 978-318-3240 to notify us to leave bins outside at 133 Keyes Rd for pickup.

Trash Barrels

Purchase your own barrel(s) - can not be larger than 34 gallons, or weigh more than 40 lbs.

Purchasing Disposal Tags 

While the Town House is closed you can still purchase your disposal tags at our partner vendors around Town or online and they will be mailed to your home.

Beyond the Bin

Curbside Collection Program

Concord’s curbside collection program is fee funded.  Tax dollars do not support the program. The Town contracts with Waste Management for residential trash & recycling collection. To receive weekly trash and recycling collection, residents can subscribe to the Town’s curbside collection programo via mail or delivery in person to Black Box at 22 Monument Square - See  subscription application.

Subscribers pay a semi-annual subscription fee and a disposal fee (Disposal Tags & Barrel Stickers).

Disposal tags and barrel stickers can be purchased online and at retail establishments.

Subscribers provide their own barrel(s). Please note there is a 34-gallon size limit for barrels, and  a 40 lb. weight limit per barrel / bag. Concord’s recycling program is dual stream. The Town provides each subscriber two recycling bins (one for paper products; one for commingled materials). 

Recycle Smart
