Many of us have stressful lives, amplified by the pandemic restrictions and the recent national election. Mindfulness has been proven to have a positive impact on stress and anxiety. The purpose of the course it to develop a personal practice that will result in you being able to stay in the present moment, which will help you to be c almer and more relaxed. Ed LeClair, a Concord resident, has been a mediator for 30 years. He interned at the UMass Medical Center for Mindful Based Stress Reduction, taught medication at the Concord Adult Education program and founded a Meditation Sangha 25 years ago which is still active on Zoom.
